Olin Community Credit Union is a full-service lending institution. We offer loans to purchase or refinance new or used vehicles, boats, watercraft, recreational vehicles, campers, motorcycles, and more! Our interest rates are always competitive and we will lend up to 125% of the sales price plus costs to cover sales tax, title work and extended warranties to qualified members. Other types of security for loans will be considered on an individual basis. Signature loans are available up to $15,000 for qualified members. OCCU offers a wide variety of mortgage loan products with flexible terms and features. We also structure loans to fit the needs of our members' commerical accounts.

OCCU has established lending relationships with many automobile, boat, RV andATV dealerships to provide our members with ease in obtaining credit union financing. When making a purchase from one of our participating dealers, members can complete all loan processing right from the dealer's office while receiving the financing from OCCU. This arrangement allows you the added convenience of "one stop shopping." The rates, terms and features of the loan are the same as those offered to members at the credit union facility. We have also partnered with CUDL (Credit Union Direct Lending) to offer our members one-stop vehicle shopping when purchasing an automobile. Members who used dealerships partnered with us can choose their vehicle and secure financing through the credit union right at the dealership - no separate trip to a branch to apply for a loan is required. Occasionally we will have repossessed automobiles available for sale to our members. Check this site periodically to view vehicles for sale and place bids. The most economical way to borrow money is to obtain an OCCU share secured loan which offers a reduced interest rate and is collateralized by the shares in your OCCU savings account or share certificate. Dividends continue to be earned on the account or certificate even though the shares are pledged for the loan. The credit union also offers temporary credit disability insurance and credit life insurance at a nominal cost.

We also offer competitive rates on unsecured signature loans. Our signature line of credit loans can be established up to $15,000 and feature terms up to 60 months. The credit line can be accessed easily through any branch office, or via Member Line and e-Teller.
Our Visa Program offers two options, Visa Classic and Visa Platinum. Both cards offer competitive interest rates with no annual fees and a 25 day grace period on purchases.

Olin Community Credit Union offers a variety of loans with flexible terms, low rates and minimal to no fees to purchase or refinance your home. Fixed rate first mortgage loans are available for terms of 10 to 40 years, most feature no points and limited closing fees. In addition, OCCU offers up to 103% financing. Adjustable rate first mortgages are also available for a variety of terms. Other mortgage loans, such as balloons, and loans designed to meet the special needs of members, such as first-time homebuyers, are also available.
